As parents, we find it pure fun to capture little ones.  We know how difficult it can be to have kids cooperate during photo shoots.  However the candidness and raw emotion that they emit always makes for priceless photos.  We had some real laugh out loud moments during this session.  The unpredictable nature of little ones always keeps it fresh and interesting.  We had so much fun with everyone.

This was an extra special family session for us.  Whenever we meet with couples for wedding photography, we always tell them that we hope to build a long standing friendship.  After photographing a wedding,  we always love to know what happens in everyone’s happy ever after.  Not only did we photograph Alex and Rachel’s wedding almost 7 years ago, but we have been present at other family gatherings.  Of course, we love to follow  their baby journeys on instagram as well.  So when Rachel reached out for a family session, we jumped at the chance.  We are so thankful that they have taken us along on their happy ever after.  Enjoy the photos!  Also enjoy the many faces of Celia.  I could spend my day following her many expression changes.  Darcy is quite adorable as well, but it is going to be a couple more months before her awake time faces reach big sister status.
