Inn At Mystic Wedding

Jake and I had such a fun time capturing this wedding.  Less than a year ago, we had the pleasure of photographing Sarah’s sister’s wedding.  We already knew how sweet Sarah, Jon, and her family were, so we were very excited for the day.  Jon’s family was equally warm and wonderful.  It was truly a day built around love for both of them.

Let me start by saying how much I loved, loved, loved all the details of this wedding from color palette to the attire to the details of the day.  Sarah was stunning and her dress was amazing.  The lace overlay was perfect, however the casual party look of her dress was equally gorgeous.  The flowers were amazing and looked incredible in the mercury glass vases.  The bouquets and boutonnieres were perfect and the flowers on the ceremony arbor were beyond incredible.  The attention to detail was impeccable.

We have been to the Inn at Mystic before, however this day had a particularly beautiful view.  The sky was clear blue and free of the haze that can often be found over the water.  Although the weather predicted rain, the sky opened just as we began our photos, and we were able to capture some amazing portraits.  The weather stayed perfect from the first photo of the day to the last.  It was a perfect evening along the CT shore and an incredible wedding for both of these two.  We hope you love these photos as much as we do!
