This session was SO MUCH FUN!  Chris and Jen originally contacted us to take photos of them and their dogs for a holiday card.  Soon after Chris messaged me to let me know of his plan to propose to Jen during the session.  Jake and I were super excited to be a part of this and wanted to make sure we helped make it perfect.  Chris let me choose the location, and I knew I had to pick a perfect Connecticut fall location.  I ran a couple options past him, and we decided on Holcomb Farm in Granby.  After intently watching the weather for fear of rain, the evening turned out perfect.  Chris, Jake, and I all knew our parts, and we worked hard to make sure that Jen was surprised.  Chris had a beautiful, carved, wood box made to present Jen with her stunning ring.  After we took some photos with the dogs, Chris got down on one knee and definitely surprised her.  Of course she said yes!  We felt so honored to be included in this special moment!
