Wedding Reception

Colt and Allison knew exactly what they wanted for their wedding.  They wanted a beach ceremony with a low key reception near family and friends.  To make this all happen the way they envisioned, they got married in a completely different place on an entirely different day.  When we met them for their reception, they had already been husband and wife for a couple days.  The were married in Maine on Thursday, but they decided to celebrate in Connecticut on Saturday.  They had a gorgeous spring afternoon.  It was hard to believe the weather since it was cold and rainy leading up to the day, and it snowed for the next four days after.  But that Saturday was perfect!  Since they both love baseball, they thought the new Yard Goats Stadium downtown would be a perfect venue to host their wedding reception.   It was the first time we had been to the stadium, and it made for such a different and unique day.  We really enjoyed meeting everyone and begin apart of the celebration.
