Tiny Connecticut has a lot to offer, but it isn’t a state with grand landscapes, tall mountains, or dramatic coastline. However, New Englanders know that fall is our time to shine. Alison and Tyler’s wedding day was a day that shined. The weather and the light were perfect. We know that planning a wedding during a pandemic put added stress onto the day. So, it was wonderful to see it all come together perfectly. From their chapel vows to their reception at the Delamar in West Hartford, it was an amazing day.

Alison and Tyler exchanged vows at the Chapel at Ethel Walker. It is one of our favorite places for a ceremony. The grounds and chapel are both beautiful. It gave all their out-of-town guests a perfect glimpse of the Farmington Valley. After the ceremony, guests joined the couple for an evening of fun at the Delmar in West Hartford for their wedding reception. It is one of our favorite venues for a wedding. The ballroom is beautiful, and the food is always delicious. 

During all our interactions with Alison and Tyler over the past year, we have witness so much love and joy between them. From our first meeting to the engagement session to their wedding, we had the chance to get to know them. They are truly kind and caring individuals, and their love for each other is so evident. They have both found a perfect partner in each other. We enjoyed being on this journey with them, and we are excited to share some of the photos from their day.
