In this time of social media wedding decor, attire, and everything down to the tiniest details are everywhere. Pinterest boards and instagram are full of swoon worthy details and constant eye candy to get the bridal mind going. I love party planning. I am detail oriented. While I love seeing everything come together, it is always the interaction of the couple that I reflect upon first. Jake and I will leave a wedding and the first thing we discuss are the little moments of love that we witnessed throughout the day. For Sarah and Christian this day was truly about their love. While the details were beautiful and well thought out, all they really wanted to do was have their intimate ceremony, share some drinks with close friends and family, and be together. I love all little moments of love between these two that we captured throughout the day.
These two have been together for a while so it was time to make it official! They were so laid back and easy. They had a small, church ceremony for just a few people before heading to their reception. As the ceremony ended, and we were ready to take their photos, it down poured. Despite the crazy weather, the smiles on their face never faded. They were just happy and ready to celebrate. Once the rain cleared, we found them a pretty spot next to the brewery. Sarah and Christian were so laid back. We had to do a bit of convincing to head out for some photos. We took just a few moments from the party to capture some moments with these two, and we love the photos. Afterwards we all returned for a fun evening of dinner, dancing, and drink overlooking the water. The brewery was a fun location for the wedding, and of course, the beer selection was fantastic.
